A year later,
I decided to attend CTI (The
Coaches Training Institute) and get some coach training,
myself. It was something I just knew I HAD to do…for me. The
education was well worth it. I not only learned some amazing new
skills, I had a new sense that I wanted to be a coach AND
continue helping coaches in their business. At first, I thought
I’d just start my own coaching company along side my original
business. So, I started Amazing Steps Coaching. I TRIED really
hard to start that business, but I was totally distracted by the
original one that was doing well and needed my attention.
After
working with my coach, I came to the realization that I was
already doing some serious coaching with my existing clients AND
I was doing some major consulting too. I had not been honoring my
coaching and consulting side…I’d just been honoring my technical
skill. I was also VERY frustrated with all the coaches out there
who were flailing around trying to implement their marketing
strategies with no purpose or idea as to WHY they were doing it!
Ugh!! So, I revamped the entire business, added a team and
decided that I was going to do what I was best at, being on the
phone with clients strategizing and coaching them through the
process of implementing marketing in their business. That’s when
we became Coaches’ Marketing Source.
As the Owner
and Business Manager, I get to be creative by writing the
newsletter, creating programs, and organizing the business to
better serve our clients. I have the amazing opportunity of
working with some awesome and talented coaches who are changing
lives on a daily basis! It’s exciting to watch and exhilarating
to be a small part of it.
I have a deep
passion for Coaching and believe that everyone could use a
Coach. I believe that Coaching enlivens peoples' lives, wakes
people up, and helps people live their dreams. I believe that
Coaching is changing the world and opening up possibilities for
more love, peace and understanding. I believe that each and
every one of our clients has something unique to share with the
world and it is our job to help them, provide them with
resources, and hold them accountable for achieving their dreams.
I built this company to support individual Coaches in their
daily work, to make "business" easier, and to help them create
more time for Coaching. It is my hope that through the work we
do every day, more and more people will be exposed to Coaching
and the amazing changes it can create in their lives.
I am truly
excited about Coaches' Marketing Source and the Coaching industry! I
enjoy helping people and learning about their businesses. I love
being creative in my business and jumping in with my clients to
explore their exciting marketing adventures. I love the freedom
I have to choose my work and I SO enjoy watching as my clients
structure their business to do the same.
