Kristen Beireis started the company and rapidly, the business became more than just Virtual Assistance and it was clear that Marketing support was our specialty.  Over the last couple years, we have created business alliances that support our clients where we are not comfortable doing so.  We've searched high and low for VA's and Client Liaisons with excellent skills so, together, we can all help more Coaches successfully implement their marketing plans and grow their businesses.

"I have a deep passion for Coaching and believe that everyone could use a Coach.  I believe that Coaching enlivens peoples' lives, wakes people up and helps people live their dreams.  I believe that Coaching is changing the world and opening up possibilities for more love, peace and understanding.  I believe that each and every one of our clients has something unique to share with the world and it is our job to HELP them share.  I built this company to support individual Coaches in their daily work, to make "business" easier, and to help them create more time for Coaching.  It is my hope that through the work we do every day, more and more people will be exposed to Coaching and the amazing changes it can create in their lives."

Client Liaisons - These are our Customer Service Specialists, hand picked for their excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Coaching Marketing Processes.  Your Liaison will be the one you talk to regularly who will give you honest feedback, remind you of your goals, and answer your questions as you grow your business.  This is your partner, standing with you, picking up the slack and letting you know how we can help you. 

VA Coordinator - Wendy, our VA Coordinator, is in charge of quality assurance, project assignments, and training all our VA's.  She is highly skilled at all the tasks we perform at Virtual Helper 4 U and she makes sure that our VA's create the quality of work that we demand.  She also is a walking library of information that our Client Liaisons and VA's can access at any time. 

Virtual Assistants - Our team of Virtual Assistants have been hand picked for their talent and experience.   Each VA is assigned tasks that they enjoy doing, so your work is carefully attended to.  Our VA's are very focused on the work we send them.  They pay attention to detail and they have standards that must be met, before you see the finished product.  Your Client Liaison works closely with our VA's to make sure your work is getting done to your specifications.  What is a VA? - find out here.
